RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We aim to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Lexi&Roy. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible. You will then be issued with an authorisation number, that must be included with the returned item. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.
The item/s must be returned to Lexi&Roy via an Express Post satchel with Australia Post within 7 days of the date you received your package. Item/s must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging, and protective shields on swimsuit bottoms). Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then gladly exchange your item or provide you with a store credit. Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their orginal state will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer.
We will happily re-send your first return to you FREE of charge (Australian orders only). If any further returns are required on the order, delivery costs will be charged at $10 per further return.
We do not accept any returns on Sale Items or Jewellery.
REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds on any returned items unless in the unlikely event that an item arrived to you in a faulty condition.
