Lay-by’s are welcome at Lexi & Roy. Please email or call us to place an online lay-by.
We offer 4 week lay-by’s with the following terms & conditions:
- Minimum of 20% deposit is required when placing a lay-by.
- You may lay-by multiple items, however no items can be taken until full payment is received for all items.
- Lay-by is not available on pre-order items.
- Full payment must be received within 4 weeks of the start of lay-by.
- You may cancel your lay-by at anytime but will forfeit your 20% deposit as a cancellation charge.
- Lay-by’s cannot be broken/part cancelled without a 20% cancellation charge.
- We reserve the right to cancel any lay-by not collected by the due date.
- Please contact us before your due date if you need a payment extension.
- Returns & exchanges on Lay-by items will be treated as per our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy.
